Central to our core activities as event planners is making sure everything is thought through and the layout of the event matches the needs of the client. In order to do so, we continually adjust the plan needed to execute the event with a high level of efficiency and style. The client will not have to worry about whether aspects for their event are ready as our team will work to make sure all products and services needed are settled within timely fashion.

Essential to any event is coordination of vendor activity to make sure that vendors are prepared to deliver for the client and have received their compensation per their service contracts. We will keep continual communication with vendors to make sure nothing is missed to have the vendors on-site and prepared for the clients’ events.

Table setup, backdrops, room designs, and more are essential in the establishment of the event experience. All design work needed to give you a memorable event, that’s our specialty. We will work with the client to determine the theme and feel that the event needs to encompass. This allows our creative team to work towards acquisition of any essentials necessary to execute on our clients’ visions.

All orders for design logistical items will be fulfilled by our event team to ensure that the design of the event can be brought to fruition. We will work with the client to bring the thematic plan into fruition with all designs and features prepared to be achievable on the day of the event.

On the day of the event, sometimes you need a little bit of help to ensure that everything runs smoothly. As the host, it will alleviate the pressure of being concerned when the unexpected occurs. We have staff who can be hired as the Day Of Coordinator (full or partial) to work with any hired vendor or venue to assist in the operations of your event.
